  1. NO! “the interpretation is left to the viewer” That is a lame cop-out for a stunning image. Every artist knows what they are doing, either during or after the process. It cannot be narrative if there is no direction. At least give a hint or say it is ‘enigmatic’ or something more lyrical than “it is up to the viewer.” That way, your images will have more confidence when the viewer looks for meaning.

  2. The use of leading lines makes for a very strong composition. The dramatic lighting lends itself to a cinematic/narrative feel.
