  1. I really enjoy the ambiguous quality of this abstraction. It is very difficult for me to figure out what this is a photo of, which keeps my interested in the photo. The colors and texture are also nice and play a part in this image being difficult to figure out.

  2. I really enjoy looking at this piece. The abstraction makes for an interesting eye movement. I would like to know more about this piece, for example, if there are any more pieces, if you have a theme, or if it was just a random shot. I think this piece is framed well compositionally and I enjoy looking at it. I would like to see more.

  3. Is this a photograph of tin foil?

It is an interesting abstraction, especially the yellow area on the right side of the competition, but I feel like it might be too much out of context to have any meaning for the viewer. Perhaps if it were part of a series, some general sort of mood would be evident.

  4. I love this photo! I enjoy the abstraction of it, and the way you conveyed movement with the colors. The colors are more neutral with the pinks and tans, and I think what helps make this work is the splash of blue mixed in with the other colors. My eye is drawn all throughout the photograph and it keeps me interested. Good job!

  5. This is a very interesting abstraction. The more I look at it, the more I want to know what it is. The colors and forms are really intriguing, they keep me engaged. It I wouldn’t have known it was a photo, I may have thought it to be a painting. Great work

  6. There is so much abstraction and texture in the photo. I like the composition and feeling; however, I find myself really trying to figure it out what the photo is actually of. I am struggling a bit too much which causes me to lose what is so great about the abstract image.
