Our idea for this stop motion film is to portray a false reality against actual reality. The main concept is based on Plato’s Cave and how the people discovered true reality within the story.

  1. I like this a lot. This is quite possibly one of the best stop motion films i have seen by a student. everything was smooth and you took great care in animating everything in the opening scene with all of the pedestrians around. that must have taken careful planning for every single item in the shot. Great job. Great sound design too. Only thing I would change is actually about the sound design. There are a few moments when there are sounds that seem to get too loud and distort. Id suggest using a compressor on sac track and a limiter on the master to try to keep everything to a level below -.3 dB. this can help greatly reduce those distorted qualities when expo lions and such happen.
